No obligation to report accounting via SILICIE if CAE is not held

A general-purpose diesel distributor has enquired whether it must report its accounting through the SILICIE system. The DGT has ruled that, as the company does not hold a Code of Activity and Establishment (CAE), it is not required to maintain such accounting via computerised means through the electronic office.
