Increased reduction for geographical mobility may apply if employment is accepted while registered as a jobseeker

An individual registered as a seeker of improved employment who subsequently accepted an interim civil service position has enquired whether they are entitled to the increased reduction for geographical mobility. The Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) states that entitlement depends on whether the registration with the employment office was as a jobseeker rather than as a seeker of improved employment.
