Companies in Cantabria must submit annual budgets within three months of the law's entry into force

Law 4/2026 requires annual budget submissions by Cantabrian resident companies within three months of the law coming into effect, in line with the Statute approved by Organic Law 8/1981 (art. 2). This replaces the previous requirement for in-person annual submissions, promoting digitalization and fiscal transparency. The rule is part of the tax system established by Law 14/2006 (art. 3).
