The Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando has announced a vacancy for a Professional Full Member (Medal 22) within the Painting Section. Candidates must be Spanish nationals, resident in Spain, and possess recognised artistic prestige. Proposals must be signed by three Full Members and submitted to the Academy's General Secretariat.
For artists in the Painting Section who meet the nationality and residency requirements, an opportunity to join the Academy is available via a proposal from three Full Members. The process is strictly formal: any missing required information in the proposal or a number of signatures other than three will invalidate the candidacy.
