Nursing colleges and Professional Union: 30 days to manage digital training subsidy

The agreement between Red.es and the General Council of Nursing Colleges enables the Professional Union to manage a digital training subsidy. This follows the contract signed on 12 February 2026 (Art. 48.8 Law 40/2015) and is regulated under Royal Decree 876/2024, which sets the initial subsidy for the programme.

In 2 key points

  1. Agreement between Red.es and CGE for management of digital training subsidy (art. 48.8 Ley 40/2015)
  2. Subsidy for digital training in professional colleges (Royal Decree 876/2024) (Real Decreto 876/2024)

How it affects those involved

Nursing colleges and the Professional Union benefit from improved management of the digital training subsidy. Public administrations reduce administrative burdens through delegation of management responsibilities. Healthcare professionals' advisors must be aware of the new management channel and the established deadlines for programme implementation.
