The Resolution of 23 April 2026 publishes the new salary annex of the II Collective Agreement for auxiliary services companies (information, reception, access control, and facility inspection), as updated by the Joint Commission. This change affects companies covered by the agreement, requiring them to adjust salary payments in accordance with the new annex. The update is regulated pursuant to Articles 90.2 and 3 of RDL 2/2015 and Royal Decree 713/2010, and is linked to the Agreement published by the Resolution of 19 March 2024.
Auxiliary services companies must update their salaries according to the new salary annex to comply with the collective agreement. Workers will receive salary adjustments upon the entry into force of the new annex. Labour advisors must review contracts and adjust salary bases in the coming months. Public administrations supervising agreement compliance may demand verification of salary adjustments.
