Service auxiliaries firms: 3 months to update pay annex under new collective agreement

The April 23, 2026 Resolution publishes the updated pay annex of the II Collective Agreement for service auxiliary companies, including information, reception, access control and facility checks, revised by the Parity Commission. Firms under the agreement must adjust their salary payments accordingly. The update is governed by articles 90.2 and 3 of RDL 2/2015 and Royal Decree 713/2010, and is linked to the Collective Agreement published by Resolution of March 19, 2024.

In 2 key points

  1. Auxiliary service firms must incorporate the new wage annex within 30 days (art. 90.3)
  2. The wage annex is updated in line with RDL 2/2015 and RD 713/2010 (art. 90.2, 3)

How it affects those involved

The 30-day period for updating wage planning affects human resources and labour cost accounting; no direct impact on individual workers as it is a regulatory change.
