The General Secretariat for Industry and Energy Development of Galicia has modified the authorisation for the model 4MA72, Size 4 variant, of high-voltage current transformers manufactured by Alce Electrik (Facts 2). This modification follows a request to extend the technical specifications initially authorised in September 2021 (Facts 3). The new authorisation includes changes to the short-time thermal current (Ith 50 kA 3 s) and the accuracy classes (Facts 2 and 4).
For the manufacturer Alce Electrik and its representative Siemens, SA, the resolution permits the marketing and use of the Size 4 variant with the new technical specifications throughout the national territory (Facts 2 and 4). Users of this equipment must ensure it passes an original verification inspection by an officially authorised inspector prior to installation (Conditions 3). The authorisation is valid until 30 September 2026 (Conditions 1).
