The Resolution of 8 April 2026 publishes the new 2026 salary scales for the collective agreement of the leather goods, embossed leather, and similar group in the specified communities. These scales are applied in accordance with Articles 86.3 and 90.2 and 3 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, within the framework of the Agreement approved in March 2024. Companies must adapt their wages to the new scales within three months of publication, as established in the consolidated text.
For companies in the leather goods group within the indicated communities, workers' salaries must be adjusted to the new 2026 salary scales. Workers will benefit from updated wages. Authorities and advisors must verify the application of the new scales in employment contracts and labour records. Companies that fail to act within the deadline risk non-compliance with the collective agreement.
