Decree 41/2026 approves the alteration of the municipal boundaries of Badia del Vallès and Sabadell to align the boundary line with the reality of consolidated urban areas (art. 1). This modification aims for consistency with the land management provided for in the General Metropolitan Plan. The town councils are under an operational obligation to exchange authenticated copies of pending files that exclusively affect the altered area (art. 5).
