The CNMV has ordered the revocation and removal of Sanchez Casas Asesores EAF, SL (registration number 164) from the CNMV Administrative Register, effective retroactively from 27 February 2026. This measure follows the entity's transformation into a securities firm, under the new name Avista Gestión de Activos Financieros AV, Sociedad Limitada.
For the affected entity, the resolution formalises its change in regulatory regime from a financial advisory firm (EAF) to a securities firm. For the market and clients, it means the entity no longer operates under EAF registration number 164, but under its new securities firm structure.
