Landlords must update rental price indices from 2026-05-01 according to the new reference system

The April 16, 2026 Resolution establishes the new reference price index system for rental housing, to be applied from May 1, 2026 (art. 1). This system replaces the previous one and is based on transparency and publicity as provided in the second additional provision of Real Decreto-ley 7/2019.
