The 24th National Collective Agreement for motor vehicle schools comes into force on 1 January 2024 and remains in effect until 31 December 2026, as provided in articles 90.2 and 90.3 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015. This period is extendable. The agreement sets out working conditions in motor vehicle schools, replacing the previous one published in March 2022.
Motor vehicle training schools must adjust their working conditions to the new provisions of the 24th National Collective Agreement, particularly regarding working hours, wages and workers' rights. Workers in motor vehicle training schools now enjoy greater labour protection and clearer understanding of their conditions. Advisors and trade union representatives must update their reports and agreements. Regional authorities must verify the implementation of the agreement in their records.
