Manufacturers of radioactive material packaging: new manufacturing control and monitoring rules

Instruction IS-39 (revision 1) establishes the new framework for the control and monitoring of the manufacture of packaging intended for the transport of radioactive material. This provision repeals the previous version of Instruction IS-39 from 2015 to update quality control and safety procedures (ref. BOE index). It is issued in accordance with Royal Decree 97/2014 and Law 15/1980 (ref. BOE index).
