Royal Decree 263/2026 repeals Royal Decree 1406/1986 regarding the CDTI and establishes a new Statute governing its operations. This regulation aims to modernise the structure and functioning of the Centre for the Development of Technology and Innovation, aligning it with current administrative and legal standards.
