Local authorities must apply for repair and reconstruction aid within 30 days

The resolution requires local authorities to submit applications for repair, reconstruction or improvement of municipal or provincial infrastructure within 30 days of the publication of Royal Decree-Law 5/2026. This applies to Andalusia and Extremadura affected by adverse weather events, as specified in Article 7 of the Decree-Law.
