The March 26, 2026 resolution publishes an agreement between Red.es and CGCOM to manage a digital training subsidy for medical colleges, in line with Royal Decree 876/2024. This enables the implementation of digital competence programmes under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, and is published to ensure transparency and compliance with Article 48.8 of Law 40/2015. The agreement is signed by the parties on March 3, 2026 (Article 1).
Medical colleges and the Professional Union gain funding for digital training, enhancing the technical capabilities of their professionals. Red.es takes over the management of the subsidy, leading to increased administrative coordination.
