Carrefour Group companies: three months to implement changes to working hours and conditions

The Collective Agreement amendment to the Carrefour Group's Convention introduces a new article (44 bis) and modifies article 46, along with additional provisions 1 and transitional clause 2, published on 5 June 2023. These changes affect working hours and conditions in group retail outlets. Companies must adjust their labour practices within three months of the resolution's publication, in accordance with articles 90.2 and 90.3 of Royal Decree-Law 2/2015 and Royal Decree 713/2010.
