Road transport drivers: temporary exemption for driving and rest times from 8 to 11 January 2026

The Directorate-General for Road and Rail Transport has authorised a temporary exemption from compliance with driving and rest time rules (Art. 14.2 of Regulation (EC) 561/2006). This measure applies exclusively to the period between 8 January and 11 January 2026.
