Order APA/300/2026 partially repeals Order APA/1288/2025 for municipalities not listed in Annexes II and III of Order APA/2442/2006. This measure removes the mandatory confinement of farms in those areas, concentrating avian influenza control restrictions solely on the municipalities specifically designated by protection regulations (ref. BOE index).
For poultry farms located in municipalities not included in Annexes II and III of Order APA/2442/2006, the confinement obligation previously imposed by Order APA/1288/2025 is removed. This results in a reduction of operational restrictions for farmers in these areas. Municipalities included in the aforementioned annexes will maintain current control measures.
