Order PJC/299/2026 extends for the third time the provision of certain services by the Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Courts to the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority (A.A.I.). This measure is adopted in accordance with the single transitional provision of Royal Decree 1101/2024 and extends the deadline specified in Order PJC/908/2025 until 30 June 2026.
The regulation does not result in changes to the activities of companies, sole traders, or individuals, as it is a measure of internal administrative organisation. The effect is limited to the continuity of the technical and support services provided by the Ministry to the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority (A.A.I.) until the expiry of the extension (Order PJC/299/2026).
