The second amendment to the agreement between the Ministry of Territorial Policy and the Tazacorte Town Council has been published. This amendment establishes the channeling of a grant for municipal infrastructure repair works, in accordance with Article 35.1 of Royal Decree-Law 20/2021. The agreement was signed on 16 March 2026 and published in the BOE on 18 March 2026 (Art. 1).
The Tazacorte Town Council and affected municipal entities must update their agreement records and manage the grant in accordance with the new amendment.
