The Undersecretariat has published the price indices received by farmers and livestock breeders during 2025. These indices are used to update rural lease rents in accordance with the provisions of Law 49/2003 of 26 November.
For lessors and lessees of agricultural and livestock holdings, these indices determine the new rent amount following the annual update. The calculation of the rent for the upcoming period will be based strictly on the price values published in this resolution.
