The Resolution of 16 March 2026 publishes the agreement of the Joint Commission regarding the implementation of a 2.5% salary adjustment provided for in Article 26.3 of the V General Collective Agreement for the airport ground handling services sector. This adjustment must be applied within three months of publication, in accordance with Articles 90.2 and 90.3 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015. This regulation falls within the framework of the Agreement published by the Resolution of 19 September 2022.
Companies in the airport ground handling services sector are required to implement a 2.5% salary increase within the next three months. Beneficiary workers will receive a salary increment. Public administrations and labour advisors must verify compliance with the adjustment and ensure its application within the established timeframe. Companies that fail to implement it may face risks of contractual non-compliance or violation of labour rights.
