The Directorate-General for Industrial Strategy and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises has opened the draft UNE-PNE 41610 standard for public consultation. This standard concerns the industrialised construction of buildings (Art. 11.e of RD Regulation 2200/1995) and establishes definitions, classifications, and industrialisation indices. The texts are available on the Spanish Association for Standardisation website (https://srp.une.org/).
Companies in the construction and standardisation sectors have 40 calendar days to review and submit representations regarding the draft standard on industrialised construction (annex). The technical content of the standard will affect the classification and metrics used for building industrialisation.
