The IX State Collective Agreement for the plaster, lime and precast manufacturers sector has been published, establishing its validity until 31 December 2027, in accordance with Articles 90.2 and 3 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015. This agreement replaces the previous one published in February 2024 and is subject to potential extension. The regulation is published in the BOE to ensure workers and companies in the sector are aware of it for their labour relations.
Companies in the plaster, lime and precast manufacturing sector must incorporate the new collective agreement into their labour relations, particularly regarding working hours, wages and working conditions. Workers will be entitled to the new labour agreements from the date the agreement takes effect. Advisors and trade union representatives must update their reports and agreements to reflect the new terms. Labour authorities may apply the new agreement during inspections and audits.
