Local authorities must insert unique additional provision of HAP/196/2015 into article 15 within 30 days

Order TMD/219/2026 amends article 15 of HAP/196/2015 by adding the unique additional provision as per additional provision 8 and article 17.1 of Law 38/2003. This change affects municipal subsidies for infrastructure and road repairs after natural disasters and must be implemented within 30 days of publication.

In 3 key points

  1. 30-day deadline for subsidy applications after a disaster (art. 15)
  2. Applies to municipalities, comarcas and local corporations (art. 15)
  3. Application must be based on repair or restoration of infrastructure (art. 15)

How it affects those involved

Local authorities affected by natural disasters must submit subsidy applications within 30 days of the event. No extension is available for incomplete documentation. Failure to meet deadlines risks administrative delays. Subsidy access is restricted to repair or restoration of municipal infrastructure and services.
