Resolution ISP/300/2026 establishes the road traffic restrictions to be applied in Catalonia during 2026. This regulation repeals previous restriction resolutions (ISP/4380/2025, ISP/1218/2025, and ISP/430/2025) and remains in force until 31 December 2026. The regulatory framework is based on Law 14/1997 and the Traffic and Road Safety Law Regulations.
For drivers and transport companies operating in Catalonia, the regulation imposes driving limitations that must be consulted via the resolution's annexes. The main application period begins on 19 February 2026 and ends on 31 December 2026. Note that Annexes A and D are subject to modifications effective from 26 June 2026 under Resolution ISP/1933/2026.
