The consolidated text of the Rules of Procedure of Les Corts Valencianes has been approved, consolidating and revising the current regulations originally approved on 17 April 2019. This agreement, adopted by the Plenary in accordance with the Statute approved by Organic Law 5/1982, aims to unify the regulation of parliamentary proceedings in the Valencian Community.
The regulation has an institutional impact, governing the internal functioning, procedures, and organisation of Les Corts Valencianes. It does not create direct obligations for companies, the self-employed, or individuals, but rather establishes the regulatory framework for the activities of deputies and the parliamentary administration of the Valencian Community.
