Royal Decree 190/2026 amends RD 1219/2024 to include supra-regional agri-food associative entities in the access to marketing aid. This measure extends the scope of aid to interprofessional organisations that promote the trade of agricultural products. Applications must be submitted in accordance with Article 8.1 of RD 1219/2024, and a three-month adaptation period is established from the date of entry into force.
For supra-regional associative entities, a new channel for accessing marketing aid is opened, promoting their integration and development. Regional administrations and the Ministry of Agriculture must update their evaluation processes. Advisors for agricultural entities should provide information regarding the new eligibility criteria and application deadlines. Members may gain access to aid that was previously unavailable.
