The 4th Collective Agreement for Vueling Airlines and its pilots has been registered and published, remaining in force until 31 December 2028, with the possibility of extension. This agreement is established under the legal framework of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, articles 90.2 and 3, and relates to the previous agreement published on 4 November 2020.
Vueling Airlines pilots and their trade union representatives are subject to the terms of the new agreement until 2028. Airlines and trade unions must align their labour practices with the new accord. Affected employees gain a new contractual basis providing greater clarity on rights and conditions. Labour advisors must update their reports and guidance to reflect these changes.
