Vueling Airlines pilots' collective agreement extends to 31 Dec 2028

The fourth collective agreement for Vueling Airlines pilots is published, valid until 31 December 2028 and renewable, under Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, Articles 90.2 and 3, following the previous agreement published on 4 November 2020.

In 2 key points

  1. Validity of the IV Collective Agreement until 31-12-2028 (art. 90.2 y 3 del RDL 2/2015)
  2. Collective agreement renewable in accordance with the current legal framework (art. 90.2 y 3 del RDL 2/2015)

How it affects those involved

The pilots of Vueling Airlines and their trade union representatives are subject to the terms of the new collective agreement until December 31, 2028. Airlines and trade unions must adjust their labour practices in line with the new agreement. Workers affected by the changes benefit from a new contractual framework with clearer definitions of rights and conditions. Labour advisors must update their reports and guidance to reflect these changes.
