The Council has approved the new Statutes of Jaume I University through Decree 194/2025. This provision repeals the previous Statutes approved by Decree 95/2021 of 9 July, and is issued in accordance with Article 38 of Organic Law 6/2001. The text was originally published in the DOGV no. 10264 on 18 December 2025.
For the Jaume I University community, this decree establishes a new internal regulatory framework governing its organisation and operation. The previous statutes (Decree 95/2021) are no longer in effect, requiring the institution to operate under the newly approved regulations.
