Businesses and self-employed affected by emergencies: 30 days to access guarantees for financing provided to third parties

The resolution publishes the terms of the first phase of the guarantee line to cover financing provided by financial entities to businesses and self-employed affected by civil protection emergencies. This mechanism is regulated by art. 2 of RDL 12/2025 and art. 22 of RDL 5/2026, allowing affected parties to access guarantees on behalf of the State within 30 days of emergency notification. A key condition is that the financing was granted by financial entities to third parties.
