Red.es signs agreement with General Council to manage digital training subsidy

Red.es publishes the agreement signed on 16 February 2026 with the General Council of Secretaries, Interventors and Treasurers of Local Government to manage a subsidy for digital training in professional colleges, in line with Royal Decree 876/2024 (Art. 48.8 Law 40/2015). The arrangement enables the implementation of the training programme under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
