The public business entity Red.es has published the agreement signed on 16 February 2026 with the General Council of Secretaries, Auditors and Treasurers of Local Administration. The agreement concerns the management of a grant for digital training in professional associations, in accordance with Royal Decree 876/2024 (Art. 48.8 of Law 40/2015). This agreement enables the execution of the training programme within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
