Businesses and individuals: one month to update official euro exchange rates

The Bank of Spain's resolution publishes the new euro exchange rates effective 8 January 2026, which are officially recognised under Article 36 of Law 46/1998. These rates replace previous ones and must be used in financial transactions, contracts, and official communications. The update is published in the BOE without requiring further action from users.
