The Government must submit the Budget Law Project for 2024, 2025 and 2026 within 30 days, or face nullity

The Constitutional Court has admitted a conflict over the Government's failure to submit the Budget Law Project for 2024, 2025 and 2026. The Government has 30 days from the date of admission to submit the proposal, otherwise it will be considered a constitutional breach.
