The Resolution of 26 February 2026 orders the publication of the Validation Agreement of Royal Decree-Law 1/2026, establishing compensation for victims of rail accidents in Adamuz (Córdoba) and Gélida (Barcelona). This agreement validates the compensation regime set out in the Royal Decree-Law, allowing access to aid within 30 days of the agreement's publication (art. 3).
