Summary

The Resolution of 18 February 2026 announces the appointment of Saúl Bastida Somovilla as councilor in Lardero (La Rioja) due to vacancy from the 28 May 2023 local elections. Candidates' representatives have two days to report irregularities after publication in the BOE, in accordance with point 2 of paragraph 2 of Instruction 1/2025 (BOE 31, 5 February). This period allows interested parties to exercise their right to control the legitimacy of the appointment.
