State Collective Agreement on Social Action and Intervention comes into force 1 January 2026

The III State Collective Agreement on Social Action and Intervention 2026-2029 is published and comes into force on 1 January 2026 under articles 90.2 and 90.3 of Royal Decree-Law 2/2015. It establishes rules on labour arbitration, social assistance and collective disputes, replacing the previous agreement published in October 2022. It is valid until 31 December 2029 and may be extended.
