The resolution establishes the criteria for the distribution, application, and management of funds intended to finance training plans within the General State Administration for 2026. A total amount of 75,504,780 euros has been set, based on the extension of the 2025 budget, under the framework of the Public Administration Employment Training Agreement (AFEDAP). The process includes the application of a correction factor to adjust individual amounts to the total available funds (Art. 4).
For promoters of training plans within the General State Administration, the available amount is contingent upon the 2025 budget extension, which may lead to modifications if new General Budgets for 2026 are approved. Fund allocation will be adjusted via a correction factor if the total requested amount exceeds the available credit (Art. 4). Affected parties have one month to file an appeal for reversal following publication (Sole Additional Provision 2).
