The Undersecretariat has approved the rates for the Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre-Real Casa de la Moneda (FNMT-RCM) regarding the manufacture of bingo game cards. These rates apply to Autonomous Communities, Local Authorities, and their dependent bodies or entities (ref. BOE index). The resolution is issued in accordance with the FNMT-RCM Statute (RD 51/2023) and Law 9/2017 (Arts. 32, 33 and additional provision 56).
For regional and local public administrations, the regulation establishes the acquisition cost of bingo cards manufactured by the FNMT-RCM. No changes to procurement processes are identified; rather, it sets the reference prices for these specific supplies.
