Royal Decree 147/2026 amends Annex III of RD 1219/2024, establishing new conditions for granting investment aid to supra-regional associative entities. The scope is extended to these entities and application criteria are updated, in accordance with Art. 17 of Law 38/2003 and RD 887/2006. This change allows for greater integration of agricultural associations within the Common Agricultural Policy framework.
Supra-regional agri-food associative entities can access aid under new application conditions. Advisors for these associations must update their procedures to comply with the new Annex III criteria. Regional administrations and the Ministry of Agriculture must review their application assessment processes. Interprofessional organisations could benefit from increased funding for regional development projects.
