Spain and UNESCO: Three Cultures of the Mediterranean Foundation to become a UNESCO-sponsored Category 2 Centre

The International Agreement establishes the provisional application to designate the Three Cultures of the Mediterranean Foundation as a UNESCO-sponsored Category 2 Centre (Art. 3). Spain commits to guaranteeing the Foundation's autonomy and legal capacity to contract, litigate, and manage assets (Art. 4).
