Pharmaceutical companies must adapt financing procedures by 1 July 2026 or lose SNSS funding rights

Royal Decree 90/2026 repeals Orders SCO/470/2002 and RD 9/1996, introducing a new selective financing process for healthcare products with SNSS pharmaceutical funding. Procedures must be updated by 1 July 2026, otherwise selective financing rights will be lost (art. 1, final disp. 6.2).
