Order TED/82/2026 amends Order TED/749/2020 to update the technical requirements necessary for the implementation of grid connection codes. The regulation modifies Annex I of the previous order and adds additional provisions 1, 2, and 3. Furthermore, it repeals the provisions of transitional provision 3 of Royal Decree 647/2020.
For network operators and energy producers, the regulation introduces changes to the technical requirements for connection to the electricity grid by amending Annex I of Order TED/749/2020. The repeal of transitional provision 3 of Royal Decree 647/2020 removes the application of certain previous provisions to harmonise technical connection regulations.
