Businesses and individuals: 3 months to update official exchange rates or deviation risks

The Bank of Spain's resolution publishes the official euro exchange rates for 9 February 2026 as set by the ECB, establishing that these rates shall take effect under Law 46/1998. They are binding for financial and commercial operations and must be updated in pricing and conversion systems from the publication date.
