Political party representatives have 48 hours to raise irregularities in municipal council appointment

The Resolution of February 5, 2026, announces the appointment of María de los Ángeles Niso Rolo as councilor in Aliseda (Cáceres) due to vacancy from the May 28, 2023 municipal elections. A two-day period from publication in the BOE is set for political party representatives to raise irregularities that would prevent the appointment, in accordance with point 2 of paragraph 2 of Instruction 1/2025 (BOE 31, February 5).
