The Directorate-General for Industrial Strategy has opened a public consultation period for draft European and international standards to be adopted as UNE standards (Art. 11(e) of the Quality Infrastructure Regulation). Interested parties may consult the texts on the Spanish Association for Standardization website (https://srp.une.org/) and submit their observations within the established period (resolution).
For industrial companies, electronic product manufacturers, and those in the railway and telecommunications sectors, this resolution provides an opportunity to participate in the consultation phase for the standards that will govern their future products and processes (annex). The participation period is 30 calendar days for each project listed in the annex, allowing influence over the national transposition of CEN, CENELEC, ETSI, ISO, and IEC standards.
