Summary

The Law 8/2025 modifies the transitional provision of Law 13/2003, April 4, by adding Additional Provisions 7 and 8, establishing deadlines and fines for failure to maintain working hours records in popular universities (art. 7 and 8). Previously, there was no specific sanction for this non-compliance. This change requires institutions to maintain up-to-date working hours records, with fines of up to 7,500 euros per worker for non-compliance (art. 8).
